Adolescence and young adulthood… it’s a hard time in life. So many HUGE decisions to make. And, of course, you don’t want to make the wrong choices. UGH! It’s enough to give anyone anxiety. How do you make sure you’re on the right track? You can compare yourself to everyone else, but that has a way of making you feel even MORE anxious. It’s like you’re in crisis – all the time. You could use some peace and perspective to focus, but that’s impossible when you have SO many other things on your plate. Life feels like one jumbled ball of chaos and disappointment, and it’s getting harder to juggle it all. People just don’t get it.
You’re right: Many don’t. But I do. And if you’re considering coming to therapy for some clarity and support so you can get back on track, you’re making a wise decision. You need a place where you can process your thoughts and feel understood by someone who cares. Let’s look at your life – top to bottom – and remove the barriers hindering your success.
We’ll work through your struggles – the identity issues, the trauma, the fears – and transform you
from the inside out. When you understand your emotions and love who you are, it changes how you talk to yourself and see the world. With a strong sense of self, the negativity will subside, and your confidence will surge. Don't be afraid anymore. You are not alone. Call today to start your healing journey.

Everyone has a unique story, and I believe that my job as a counselor is to hold your story with care as we work to make sense of it together. I strive to provide a safe and judgment-free space for exploration and growth with each client. I hope to help you understand and explore the good, bad, and confusing parts of your story to move into your next chapter. I approach all my clients from a holistic perspective, considering all parts of your life and your story, and respecting you as the expert of your story. My job is to help you explore your goals, strengths, and areas of concern to move you forward towards your better version of you.
As a counselor grounded in humanistic philosophy, I know that each person can better understand themselves and make real and lasting change towards their goals. In therapy it is my goal to partner with you to better understand how you would like to grow and change. Depending on your preferences and concerns, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Person Centered approaches to help you toward your goals.
